All standard deliveries are made between 1:00pm and 7:00pm. We can guarantee your floral delivery to business addresses by 5:00pm (Toronto business addresses only). Our couriers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within that window. If you require a special timed delivery (for example, must be there before 2:00pm), please get in touch via hello@libertystreetblooms.ca a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your scheduled delivery, as an additional fee will apply for us to arrange a special courier for you. Requests left during the checkout process are not guaranteed.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers can leave the flowers at the front door or with a concierge/reception desk when available. If you have ordered a set palette we will do our best to represent it as similar as possible. If you ordered Designer's Choice, Presentation Bouquets or our Bloom Bike Bouquet - we will use whatever is freshest and most beautiful in the cooler that week.

Fresh flowers typically last between 4-7 days depending on the variety and how they are cared for. We always send out the freshest flowers and we include care tips to help you get the most enjoyment out of them. Changing the water every two days, trimming the stems and keeping them away from heat and direct sunlight really helps them last longer.

FLOWER SUBSCRIPTIONS
Yes, just have them call or email us to make the change. But please note, this is not a pre-paid credit for flowers, it is a subscription that is to be sent to the same address at regular intervals throughout the year. The address and dates can be adjusted once or twice but can't be changed over and over again.

We do not have a minimum spend and will work with any budget but to receive our full service wedding experience which includes a visualized custom quote with mood boards, colour palettes, among other services. A minimum investment is required.
