Terms of Service – Liberty Street Blooms

Welcome to Liberty Street Blooms. By accessing and using our website www.libertystreetblooms.ca, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Use of Website

  • This website and all content (images, text, branding) are the property of Liberty Street Blooms and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Flowers and containers are subject to seasonal availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
  • Our “Designer’s Choice” arrangements allow for creative interpretation by our floral team.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Applicable sales tax (HST) is added at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Deliveries are available within Liberty Village and designated surrounding areas.
  • Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times and availability.
  • If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left with a concierge, neighbour, or returned to our shop for re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once an attempt has been made.

6. Refunds, Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos of the arrangement.
  • Remedies may include a replacement arrangement, store credit, or partial refund, at our discretion.
  • Custom arrangements, wedding/event florals, and subscription deliveries are non-refundable once fulfilled.

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Corporate accounts may qualify for monthly billing, subject to approval.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability are non-refundable.

8. Events & Weddings

  • Deposits made toward wedding and event floral services are refundable if cancellation is received at least 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the scheduled event date.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Final payment is required as outlined in the event agreement.
  • Substitutions may occur based on seasonal or supply constraints.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for processing orders, delivery communication, and (if opted in) marketing. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Liberty Street Blooms is not responsible for damages, delays, or failures caused by events beyond our control (weather, supply chain issues, force majeure).
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
